INKARA LABS was founded in 2026 in Hyderabad. We started it because too much good machine-learning work dies in the gap between a proof of concept and a production system — models that score well offline but never survive real traffic, data drift and on-call reality.

INKARA LABS exists to close that gap. We are the team that stays past the demo — instrumenting, hardening, and operating the systems we design until they are boring, reliable, and quietly compounding value.

We're an early-stage, founder-led team based in Hyderabad. We're not here to sell staff augmentation or throwaway pilots — we take end-to-end ownership of the systems we build and hold ourselves accountable for the outcome they produce.

We're building the company around small, high-ownership teams. The people who design a system ship it and operate it — no handoff to a separate ops group, no throwing code over a wall.

We write blameless post-mortems, review every design in the open, and treat documentation as a first-class deliverable. Seniority is measured by the reliability of what you own, not by how many people report to you.
